Conditions of delivery and payment

• All offers are made without obligation as price, quantity and delay of delivery.
  Order confirmations are normally not provided for.

• Delays of delivery are binding only to the extent
  they have been confirmed by us in writing.

• On principle, only the prices valid on the date of deliver, will be charged.

• Circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of God,
  strikes and similar events which impede the fulfilment of an order,
  entitle us to exceed the delays of delivery or to terminate the contract.
  Any claim for damages cannot be derived therefrom.

• The minimum order volume for export deliveries is € 3,000.
  Our export prices are to be understood ex store.

• Complaints as to invoices and goods deliveries can be asserted
  only within 8 days from receipt of the goods. Breakages are to be reported
  immediately to the haulage company.

• All goods remain our property until the full purchase price, incl. interest and charges
  have been paid or we will should have claims against the purchaser.

• Subsidiary agreements which depart from the present general terms
  will be only valid when we have confirmed them in writing.

• We wish to point out that we will store and process, in the course
  of the usual business transactions, the pertinent data of our customers
  in the sense of the Data Surveillance Act.
